There are many things that prompt sleep-deprived parents to call on Lucy Wolfe for her sleep consultancy services, some of which can be pretty extreme. “People come to me the day after they crash their car,” Wolfe explains. “Something prompts them, and normally it’s the worst night, or the worst row, or something like a crash. The reality of ‘we can’t keep doing it like this’.”
