One thing no one tells you before you become a parent is just how much unsolicited advice you’re about to receive. From how to feed your child, to how to discipline, it seems no area is off-limits when it comes to other people telling you how best to raise your kids. One mum, American author Nicole Tersigni, is addressing the absurdity of those uninvited judgements in her latest humour book, Parenting Advice to Ignore in Art and Life. It’s the third instalment in her ‘In Art and Life’ series, following on from Men to Avoid in Art and Life (2020) and Friends to Keep in Art and Life (2022).
